Hi @gedmonson. Is this a wifi extender that you're trying to use? As long as it's an 802.11 b/g/n wifi connection at 2.4GHz, you should be able to connect your Doorbell to it. You can then look at the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) to make sure it's providing a strong wifi signal. Otherwise you may want to connect it directly to your wifi router if that offers a better connection.
