I bought a home with an existing Ring device. The seller didn’t know how to transfer that to us amd when I asked they said “google it!”.
How can I establish service in my new home?

Hi @Escape. The original owners simply need to remove the Ring device from their account. You can share this Help Center article with them, which contains information on how device ownership works, as well as instructions on how to remove a device. Once the device is removed from their account, you can complete the in-app setup process under your Ring account. I hope this helps!
