Hi @RingDoorbell2ndgen. According to the [Chime Kit Compatibility List](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210644123-Ring-Video-Doorbell-1st-generation-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List), the Nutone KB-10 should be compatible so it should work properly. Have you tried resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds? If you haven't, I'd suggest giving that a try before testing it again.
