Exchange the subscribed devices on Basic Plan

I have used basic plan with security cam subscribed. I added Doorbell on my account, still want to use Basic Plan.I would like to use door bell than security cam actively, So I would like to 1. Still use Basic Plan2. Add Door bell as subscribed device in Basic plan.3. Use Security Camera as unsubscribed device. Can you let me know how to exchange the subscribed device each other?

Hi @loheha.lee. You cannot transfer a Ring Protect Plan from one device to another. You will have to [cancel your plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022109431-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-Plan) for one Ring device and then [subscribe](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan) your other Ring device to a new plan. When you cancel your plan, you will be refunded for what you have not used of the plan.
