Excessive data use

I have had ring door bells for years, I added 2 indoor cameras and they are using 30 gigs of data each per day.
I do not get any motion alerts as no one is home when their on, but the data use is unreal.
Tried tech support 3 times and they were pretty useless. Last time I was put on hold for 50 minutes and I tapped out.
Frustrating especially all my other cams are great and do not consume much data at all.
