I have excellent internet. The bell is close to modem. The bell is connected to my phone wifi. The bell is connected to the modem but it diplays amessage on my phone saying connected/no internet access. I have great wifi to my phone so it’s not a modem, or internet issue. The white light is spinning continuously.
Hi @Framesofmind. Try factory-resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds. Reboot your router as well by unplugging it for a few seconds, plugging it back in, and trying another setup. We also have this Help Center page with other steps to try when your in-app setup keeps failing.
