Everything worked until I signed in on 2nd phone, now nothing works

I recently setup our Ring doorbell and successfully linked it to my cellphone and Alexa devices. Then I went to login on my wife’s cellphone and now nothing works. How do we fix this?

Hi @Bricker71. Can you describe which features are not working? Are these features just not working on your wife’s phone (Android or iPhone?), or are they not working on your phone as well? I would also make sure that your are on the correct Location. Being on a different Location could make it appear as if the device is not working. I hope this helps!
