I have the Event History timeline on, but when I get a notification and open it it goes straight to the landscape video. My fiance who is logged in with her own account has all the same setting and hers is fine just not mine… I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and disabled and re-enabled the feature… it still doesn’t do it anymore. HELP!
Hi @Lionsbane! Great call on removing and reinstalling the app. I recommend also checking on your mobile device settings to ensure screen rotation is enabled. There is also a setting within your Ring app, via your Alert settings specific to the Ring device, that will allow you to receive in-app alerts, or to populate video automatically when active in the Ring app. This might help obtain what you are looking for.
