Event logs for network connectivity issue


Will there be any event logs generated if there is any network connectivity issue to the Ring doorbell?

Or will there be any alert notification send to the phone for connectivity issue?

Hi @unraveller. If your device is offline, there will be no logs generated. The only way to generate an event is for the device to be online and record an event to be stored in the cloud. You can check the status of your devices in the Ring app. :slightly_smiling_face:
