Event History Timeline All Black on live view on Android..


Android App Version 3.32.0

the Event History Timeline is All Black on live view on the Android App on 3 phones and a tablet??

It was fine yesterday, same wifi, no interference, wired doorbell, good signal.

Live view ow freeze the app on all phone.

reset the router, same.

I hade to turn off the the Event History Timeline in order to had a live view working.

Not sure what is going on?

Thanks for your answer.

I don’t have any router connection problem at all,

live view and events playback are working fine.

The only problem I Have is when I enable the Event History Timeline feature

the ring app just freeze and won’t displays the proper interface.

When I switch this feature off, all is working again.

It happen couple days ago.

This feature was working fine before.
