About two weeks ago one of my floodlight cams was offline for a couple days. It came back on its own. Now I am receiving endless motion alerts whenever motion is detected. Literally every one second my phone vibrates and tells me motion is detected at my garage. This morning my wife left for work and I received 116 notifications. She was in the driveway for about two minutes. What’s going on? This camera is less than a year old.
Hi @Jr90. There are a few things you can try. First, try to reboot the Floodlight Cam. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Allow your Camera 1 minute to reboot. After this happens, turn power going to your camera off for 3 minutes, the power back on. This should cause your Floodlight cam to detect and alert you of motion normally. I hope this helps!
