I need to send a photo of my ring bell screen , does anyone have an email address please
BUT be warned, despite Ring advising you email and them emailing from this address I get an automated reply to say the email address is no longer valid. When I ask why via chat I’m told “for security reasons following customer feedback”, this is despite the fact I’ve been chatting to advanced tech support for almost 12 months about a, as yet, still unresolved issue to which I can’t now get an update
