Hi @user53010 . I searched the Community and found a few different threads regarding a dual sim setup. As it is a unique configuration, it may require you to adjust your cellular settings. You can find some suggestions from other neighbors in the follow posts regarding this topic.

So I have my iPhone 11 Pro that has iOS 15.3.1, here in Australia I have two providers Telstra(Physical) and Vodafone (E-Sim) when I turn the second line off the live view starts working, it doesn’t matter which line I disable it starts working.
I have uninstalled the app and re-installed the app, reset the network settings, even restarted the phone
on LTE Im getting great speeds over 100mbps.
My Ring Door Bell has Great Wifi (-48 RSSI) and there’s no issues with download or upload speed

I have been struggling for months to look for a solution between my provider and Ring. They are both faced with an internet sync issue between the both lines I believe. The app caters only to one data plan. Throw in your second line with Data and it becomes a problem your phone shows an error connecting.
