I pay a subscription so i can save the videos on my rung camera ut now have a second property.
I can see both cameras on the same account but can only save videos on my original camera. Do i have to pay for a subscription for each prooerty?
Hi @AndyNicci. Yes, you will need to purchase another Ring Protect plan for the second Camera at the second location. The Ring Protect Basic plan only covers one device, and the Ring Protect Plus plan will cover all Cameras and Doorbells at a single location. For more information, check out this Help Center article.
