My Ring dropped Wi-Fi. She resetting the code on the QR reads invalid. My wife and I checked it even using a magnifying glass. Still reads invalid. Scanning QR code didn’t help.
Hi @Jrmccabe42. Are you walking through the steps to reconnect the Doorbell to wifi in the Ring App? If needed, you can find those steps listed here in our Help Center Article. Also, make sure that you are not trying to set the Doorbell up under your Ring account if you are the Shared User on it. Make sure you’re following the reconnection steps under the Ring account that the Doorbell was originally set up under.
