I have my floodlight camera scheduled to come on (and stay on) from 8PM-6AM. The lights come on at that time. However, if I, or anyone else, go out onto the driveway, I get a notification as I am supposed to. BUT…the lights then go off and stay off until another event triggers it. In speaking with Ring support, we’ve deleted and recreated the schedules and even reset the camera and reinstalled it via the app. There are no other devices linked to it and there aren’t any other schedules that could conflict with it. I just want the floodlight to stay on during these hours but 3 calls to Ring have yet to resolve the issue. The floodlight is hard-wired, not battery operated.
