Hi @user10967. It would be helpful if you could share some additional details here. Is there a specific place you’re looking to install your Stick Up Cam? What height exactly are you trying to install it at? Installing a Ring camera too high or too low will negatively impact the effectiveness of the motion detection. Lastly, what is the device name listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app? There are a few different versions of the Stick Up Cam.
