Downloaded clips are showing as stretched images

I have the updated model of the door bell and when the battery got low I swapped with a spare battery (fully charged) that I bought also, and ever since I have swapped it over and have downloaded a clip from the doorbell the image is stretched so small and not clear like it was before I swapped the battery. Anyone else had this issue as seems very strange??

Hi @user71749. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, can you share a screenshot of the stretched image you’re seeing? Is this a downloaded video or a downloaded snapshot image?
