My Ring Doorbell won’t fully charge. I have had it plugged in using the cable that came with the device for 3 days and it is still only 80%. The blue charge indicate circle light turns off after 30 seconds. If I hold the cable in to the USB port it lasts for a minute but eventually turns off.
Hi there, @Mh! You’ve certainly had this plugged in and charging for enough time. Try taking this off the charger for awhile, and trigger an event to see if the Device Health section of your Ring app will update your battery level properly. If it does not, please check the charging adapter port for any debris to ensure the charger can make a proper connection. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
