I recieved an email stating I had to update wifi because of a software update between September and November 2023. I forgot to do this until last week, when I noticed the doorbelll had stopped working and offline. Doorbell will now not connect to wifi, stating I need to move the router closer even though it worked perfectly before. Moving the router is not possible.
Hi @user64450. First, verify your wifi network name and password in case either of them have changed. After that, I would recommend trying a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. You’ll need to be able to access the setup button on your Doorbell, which is typically located under the faceplate. This will allow you to put your Doorbell into setup mode so you can connect it to your wifi network.
