Doorbell won’t reconnect to wifi

Hi I’ve had my doorbell about 2 years been fine then all of a sudden it wouldn’t connect to wifi.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. It’s a second gen battery doorbell. And it’s fully charged

This can help us to narrow down what the cause may be in order to find a working solution. Additionally, are you using a 2.4GHz wifi network or a 5.0GHz or dual-band network? What is the approximate distance between your Ring Doorbell and your wifi router?
