After being on phone to ring for hours and replacement bell and my own research I can safely say there is an issue with the doorbell 2gen not working on oppo a72 android phones! There is no sound through to callers! Please sort this out ring! Phone is not on contract so can’t change! The issue is with your app! The doorbell is now useless to me!
