I can not access my video doorbell in my ring app any longer. How do I access it? It says the doorbell is still on my account and can not be added.
Hey @jbolton31. You may have another location. Make sure to click on your location name above Dashboard in the Main Menu and toggle in between locations to ensure the Doorbell is not there. You can delete any extra location when on said location and under settings.
If you still do not see the Doorbell, make sure you are logged into the proper account. Still no luck? Reach out to our support team via phone here for a device ownership escalation.
