Doorbell upgraded, recording service not transferred

Hi, i recently moved and upgraded my doorbell but the already paid recording service for the old one did not transferred to the new device (it says i’m on the 30 day trial period).

How do i get the service transferred or the refund for the period that was not used by the old device?

Hey @gmugarza. You will need to cancel the old subscription, and then sign up for a new one, which will not take effect until after the trial is over to ensure you get the full 30 days for free. You can learn more about cancelling and upgrading your plan in our Help Center Article here.

Appreciate your response, but how do i cancel the old subscriptions? The devices have been removed from my account and i don’t see those plans anywhere on my profile.
