Doorbell stopped working but battery is fully charged

The lights on my doorbell don’t light up when I try to reset it. The app says the battery power is 96% and status “offline”

Hi @dbmom06. When you are resetting your Doorbell, verify that you are pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.
