Doorbell stating unsubscribed but I paid last month and have an invoice for it

I have a ring doorbell, I have subscribed for the Ring protection about a month ago. It has been working fine and now it’s telling me I’m unsubscribed, even though the free trial finished last month and I have the invoice to prove I’ve paid for the Ring Protection
