Doorbell showing offline

What do you do when this happens and you are out of town? We have 2 Ring Doorbells and neither one will work. Both say they are offline. Yet my indoor Wyze cameras are working. Help what can I do?

Hi @Lehighgal. If your Doorbell has lost connection to wifi and hasn’t automatically reconnected, you’ll need to manually reconnect it by following the prompts under Device Health > Reconnect to Wi-Fi. This does require you to be near the Doorbell as you’ll need to access the setup button in order to reconnect it. I hope that helps clear things up. :slight_smile:
