Thank you for this example @Dawnmo! This should not be happening to your video. Please try resetting the device by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After performing a reset try a new setup in the app, and see if your video improves.
If the video is the same after the reset, I recommend reaching out to our support team for more in-depth troubleshooting.
