I live in cold climate. When it gets cold, like 20 or below, the doorbell will chime on it’s own. Or, in the morning after a cold night, when the sun hits it and it starts to warm up, it goes off by itself. Any ideas how to correct this issue?
Hi @ToddB. Have you tried resetting your Doorbell? If not, I’d recommend doing so by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, just set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device. A reset and new setup will usually resolve any performance concerns such as what you’re experiencing.
