Hi guys need some help i have been given a ringdoorbell by a elderly guy because he has gone into a home now and its saying iys still registered to him but he cant remember anything what can i do
Hi @user33545. When setting up the Doorbell, you can request a transfer from the original or registered owner. If you do not see prompts in the Ring app to initiate a device transfer on your own, make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app. We also have this Help Center page with more information on the process of initiating a device transfer.
