Earlier this year my doorbell quit working. If I go switch the breaker at the panel, it will come on and reconnect to wifi but for a day then it stops again. I have a whole house surge protector so I know it should be stable. Is my doorbell defective? This has been going on for months.
Hi @Mmmm1024. What model Doorbell do you have? What is the voltage rating for your Doorbell transformer? If you have a transformer with the incorrect voltage rating, it will cause your Doorbell to work sometimes, then fall offline randomly. If you could gather that information and let the Community know, I’m sure someone will be able to offer insight!
