Doorbell PROBLEMS with Installation

I have had RING video doorbell for 2years and it has functioned ok until now.
What I have done & then the problems started:

I removed the video doorbell from the applicationI loaded the battery of the DoorbellI updated the RING application to a new one ( removed first the old one and the loaded the new one)SECURITY CAMS and CHIMES are functioning ok.when I try to install the DOORBELL > I get a notification: ”Installion not completed , please check the internet connection.note: my internet is working oknote: I have got also the 5G connection as an alternative, but the system does not allow me to choose the 5Gthe internet I have in use is: download speed 60 Mbps and appload speed 25 Mbps. My connection is 2.4 GHz

Is it possible to reset the DOORBELL ? And is it possible to shut down the DOORBELL, because the white light runs in circle all the time.

Please help and give advice how to fix this!

Video doorbell is 2nd gen

Hi @SeppoFIN. The Video Doorbell (2nd generation) would not be compatible with a 5.0GHz wifi connection, so you will need to use 2.4GHz. If you have hardwired the Video Doorbell into an existing doorbell circuit, you will see the white light on all the time as this indicates it is hardwired. Try creating a guest network using only 2.4GHz if possible and attempt to connect the Video Doorbell to that network.

If that still doesn’t work, you can reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button underneath the faceplate for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, you’ll need to walk through the setup process again using the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app. If you’re still unable to get your Doorbell connected, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. If you are outside of the US, please visit here to see how to contact support.

Now I managed to install the Doorbell 2gen!

I switched off my phone and after that started the modem once again.

And reseted the doorbell and installed ring app with my tablet.

After this I opened my phone and everything was functioning in my phone too!
