I have several ring products my doorbell pro has been working fine I just noticed that it’s not connecting to WiFi . I waited over night hoping it would reconnect . I don’t know what the issue is. . I called ring support up very nice but there is really nothing they can do remotely have to have to give a friend my passwords etc to a access my WiFi reset up doorbell . I’m 1000 miles away . Any suggestions
First thing I would try is ask your friend to do a reboot. Disconnect the power for a few minutes. That may solve the problem without “reinstalling”. If that is not easy to do with your installation, this could be done at the breaker panel if you know which breaker it is on.
