Just installed a new Doorbell Pro and it’s picking a lot of noise interference. Any clues why or what I can do about it please.
Hi @PCass! Noise, or audio feedback, is often related to signal interference. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi signal strength. Depending on where your Video Doorbell Pro is mounted, I recommend using the 2.4 Ghz connection for best signal to the outside of your home.
It’s also worth checking the area for any major appliances or electrical appliances that might be interfering with signal. If the audio interference persists, mobile device troubleshooting would be the best next step, in which disabling bluetooth and VPN is a great start. I hope this helps!
