For some reason my doorbell pro is recording video/audio but is showing that it is offline in the app?
Hi @rwkyle. To correct this, try disconnecting power from the Ring Pro for 3 minutes, then reconnecting power. After 1 minute, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds. This makes your Ring Pro do a reboot. After that, your Ring pro should automatically reconnect to your wifi and register online. I hope this helps!
