Our doorbell pro lost conncection to wifi and now it won’t reconnect. I’ve tried reinstalling the doorbell, resetting our wifi connection, and disconnecting the doorbell. When I try the setup process to reinstall it won’t connect to the ring wifi to reinstall it.
Hey @jesshead06. Could you try resetting your Doorbell and trying to reconnect it? For the reset, you will press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset, follow the steps in this Help Center Article here to reconnect your device through the Device Health section.
