Doorbell Pro wired, blowing transformer

Hi,

After about a year and a half of having my doorbell pro hardwired with a transformer it has stopped working.

After investigating the transformer stopped outputting power so changed the transformer.

Voltage out looked good on the new transformer, connected it back to the doorbell and it lasted about a minute before the new transformer stopped working.

Any thoughts? Seems the doorbell is blowing the transformer.
The transformers used are din mount step down 230V to 24/12/8V.

Hi @SS711. Have you checked to ensure that your Pro Power Pack is still connected? This helps the Ring Pro get the right amount of voltage and if not properly connected, can cause issues?
