I need help please. Brand new doorbell pro. Set it up then the device lost connection. Top half flashing blue. Can’t do anything with it. Reset the device but keeps going back to top light flashing blue.

Hey neighbors! Try resetting your Doorbell Pro by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. If you’re not able to reconnect it to wifi after completing a reset, try power cycling it by disconnecting it from power completely for 1-2 minutes before trying to set it up again.
