Doorbell Pro stopped working

Hope someone can help please.
Our Pro Front Door Video doorbell has gone offline. I’ve tried reconnecting using the side button but it refuses to connect (no spinning white or blue light). The linked camera in another part of the garden is still ok.
Device health shows it’s getting power (it’s connected into the mains via a cable and plug) and signal strength is strong.
The push button however has a massive crack across it. Would this affect connectivity and would replacing it fix the problem?

Hi @mooey40. Since the Doorbell Pro is offline, the Device Health page contains information from before it disconnected. The button being cracked shouldn’t impact the Doorbell’s performance. If you haven’t already, try fully resetting the Doorbell Pro by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset, attempt to reconnect your Doorbell in the Ring app by using the steps under Set Up a Device.
