I have a doorbell pro that will not connect. We bought it a few months ago while our house was being built. Now it is complete so we tried to connect it and it is not allowing us to connect it to our app. We have tried restarting it multiple times.
Hi there, @Meadows4! With your house being newly built, the transformer used for powering your Doorbell Pro is likely sufficient. During the setup, is the Ring setup network access point showing up in your mobile device wifi settings?
If it is showing, this is a great sign that power is sufficient. If it is showing and not connecting, try the setup on another mobile device. If the Ring setup network is not showing during the beginning setup steps described in the Ring app, we may need to explore some power variables. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
