My doorbell pro has been having issues lately. my unit is around 3 years old but recently (Maybe after an update?) mine has been powering off. I have verified voltage at the unit and even replaced the transformer with a new 24VAC instead of the 16VAC, the device will power back up and run for a few days before powering back down again… im at a loss. is anyone experiencing similar issues?
Hey @Smitty! It looks like you’ve covered all the proper steps for troubleshooting power. Is the device powering down or possibly just falling offline? I recommend checking the wifi signal strength as well as use the 2.4 GHz frequency versus the 5GHz network.
