Doorbell Pro Offline

App shows that my Doorbell Pro is “Offline” and I cannot access “Live View” However, the Doorbell Pro acts as normal, sending notifications for motion and Doorbell ring. Have you ever experienced this? Press of side “setup” button and reconnecting to network fixed it.

This is the same on all of my IOS devices, but on my windows device ring is working just fine . I think it was the new IOS update . Ring or Apple need to update the app

Thank you. I just add some more info here. Beside Doorbell Pro, I have 2 Spotlight Cam and 2 indoor wired Stickup Cam, and they all work fine with app. Last night, Doorbell Pro went offline for a while, then came back online by itself, so I am thinking more to do with the device firmware, rather than app. I am not a tech expert, so I am talking with my years of experience with Ring devices.
