Doorbell Pro no longer receiving power

We have been using the Video Doorbell Pro for years without issues. Now the device is no longer receiving power. Don’t see any issues with the wiring. Is it possible for the small white box in the pro kit to go bad?

Hi @Rbal474. It’s always good to check if there are any frayed or loose wires, as that would prevent the Doorbell Pro from receiving sufficient power. I’d also recommend checking the transformer to ensure there are no issues there. Lastly, you can perform a reset of the Doorbell Pro by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, attempt the set the Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
