If someone rings the bell fine, it records motion etc…problems are you can’t hear or talk to the person…sound drops out crackles you get a buzzing constantly, its been like this since I got it, I heard it was samsung fault so didn’t worry…well iphones have it ipads, Echo Show…other androids…does anybody have any ideas or fixes, spoken to tech no help at all never did anything to really help me out.
Hi @JH5204. For this, try resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set it back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. You can also find a troubleshooting guide for audio concerns in our Help Center Article here.
