Hi all, can you clarify please as I tried both web chat and I phone customer support, and I had to nearly educate them, regarding the 6s advanced pre roll as per link

Please can someone clarify, Does the video doorbell pro have advanced pre roll? and should it be adding 6s of recording to a 60s recording length ( as currently set)? And should it do this while under the trial plan?
