I have a new WiFi router. Doorbell video is not working. Should I delete device from app then reinstall… or is it more complex?
Hi @MaltesaLady! If your Video Doorbell worked just fine with the prior wifi router, then it should certainly be connecting to video on this one. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device is a great step, as well as setting up your device again to see if a new connection helps.
I recommend also checking your Ring device’s health in the app, which our Community post about RSSI can help with tips on optimizing wifi signal strength. I hope this helps!
