Doorbell Pro 2 in home doorbell not working

Set up the new doorbell, the in home doorbell worked once, now nothing. Suggestions?

The best next step is to check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. While viewing the device health section, please also make sure power levels are sufficient.

Next, take the Video Doorbell off the wiring, then reconnect it to the wiring and allow it some time to power up. Please double check your home fuse/ breaker box to confirm a breaker did not flip during installation. Here is our Pro 2 installation guide for more troubleshooting steps.
