Doorbell poor connection

Having poor connection from my Ring 3rd generation battery powered doorbell. How can I improve this please. I cannot move my rooter.

Hi @user246810. You can check the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app, which is a measurement of the signal strength that your Doorbell is receiving. If this indicates a weak signal, the best option to improve the signal typically is to move the router closer. If that’s not an option, you might want to consider a wifi extender. This can be placed at around a halfway point between the router and your Doorbell, and it can help improve the signal.
