Hi @user50784. If your doorbell is offline, you'll need to be physically by the doorbell to reconnect it to WiFi. This [Quick Fix Guide](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408533336468-Quick-Fix-Guide-) will show you the steps to reconnect to WiFi.

i am having the same problem, i am at home and have uninstalled and reinstalled also deactivated and tried to reactivate my device.. it tells its failed and to check my internet. the router and doorbell are about 6 feet away. what else can i do to make it work again... my internet went out for 2 days, after it was activated the ring doorbell never reconnected
