Doorbell offline - can’t reboot

Our doorbell has gone offline and we need to reboot. In order to do so we need the 5 digit pin however we are on holiday!! Is there any other way this can be done? Thanks

Hi @user31556. If the Doorbell has not automatically reconnected after a temporary wifi or power outage, the signal may not be strong enough. Until you’re back at the location with the Doorbell, there isn’t much troubleshooting that can be done remotely since the Doorbell is offline and the Ring app cannot communicate with it. When you’re back at the location with the Doorbell, I’d recommend first reconnecting the Doorbell to wifi and then reviewing the RSSI on the Device Health page to determine the strength of the wifi signal.
